rapid! PayCard

Integrity Staffing is pleased to announce our new option in direct deposit banking: rapid! PayCard is now offered to our associates as an alternative method of receiving pay. If you do not have a bank account or would prefer a pay card option, this program may be the answer. Just click on the button and review the information about the rapid! Benefit Options for Individuals: If you’re not eligible for company-sponsored health insurance, have yet to satisfy the initial measurement period, or need more hours to meet the criteria, you can research individual insurance options that are fully employee-funded. We have partnered with Marsh & McLennan to provide you with insurance options for people without other choices.

ACA

We are in compliance with Affordable Care Act requirements by making health insurance available to qualifying associates. Our Open Enrollment period is at the beginning of December of each year. During Open Enrollment, if you have worked an average of 30 hours/week during the current year, if you have previously satisfied the Standard Measurement Period thresholds, or if you have been notified that you are eligible for our insurance offerings, then you may have met the minimum requirements required to participate in our health insurance plans that comply with the Affordable Care Act. If you are eligible, we need you to complete the attached Enrollment Worksheet, EVEN if you’re declining coverage, we need the attached worksheet returned to your ISS Branch office.

Optima Enrollment Application – if you are newly enrolling, OR changing existing coverage, you must complete a new enrollment application.

Master copies of all of the above are available for review in each branch office.
