Joanne T. has been a great individual to work with. We used to use multiple staffing agencies simultaneously to staff our operation. We were having some undesirable results, so we pivoted to using solely Integrity in hope of seeing more consistent results. Since working solely with Joanne, we have seen great improvements to our turnover, and quality of people we receive in the door. Joanne knows our processes and policies and thoroughly goes over them with all incoming Staff. When problems arise, Joanne acts very promptly to help identify and solve the problem.
